These Terms govern the sale of products by OJBA through our website.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

As our clothing is made to order, slight differences in colour, print placement or sizing may occur.

 

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

 

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance.

Once payment has been received, production of your order will begin.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.

 

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Wix’s approved payment providers.

We do not store your payment card information.

 

6. Production & Delivery

Our products are made to order through our fulfilment partner.

Typical production and delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.

 

7. Shipping

Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

 

8. Returns & Exchanges

As each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to the remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, photographs, graphics and designs remains the property of OJBA and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
