ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE? Get in touch.

 

Where possible, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange for another size. As many OJBA pieces are produced to order, replacement items may need to be produced before they can be sent.

If a direct exchange isn’t possible, you can return the original item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order for your preferred size.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

Every OJBA order should arrive exactly as it should.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights and, where applicable, cover reasonable return costs.

 

For orders placed online, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Once you have told us that you wish to return an item, you have a further 14 days to send it back to us.

To arrange a return, please contact OJBA with your name and order number before sending your item back.

 

Items should be returned in their original condition with tags attached. You are welcome to try your garment on as you would in a shop, but we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund if an item has been worn beyond what is necessary to check its fit and appearance, washed, damaged or otherwise handled in a way that reduces its value.

 

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds will include the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable.
